The members of the corporation accept the Holy Scriptures as the revealed will of God, the all-sufficient rule of faith and practice, and for the purpose of maintaining general unity, adopt this statement of beliefs for members:
We believe the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments to be the inspired Word of God and our rule of faith and practice, and no other writings to be God’s Word.
We believe the Trinity, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, to be the one true and only God. We worship and serve the Triune God only and no other.
We believe that Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God, the second person of the Trinity, is the only name given under heaven by which we must be saved. He alone is Savior and Lord of the world.
We, who are sinners, and thereby separated from God and lost, come to salvation only through Jesus Christ, and by believing in His death on the Cross for us and by His shed blood. He took our place and we have redemption and forgiveness through Him. There is salvation in no other.
We believe in the Holy Spirit, who reveals Jesus Christ, convicts of sin, convinces us of righteousness, and leads us into all truth. He empowers us to live the Christian life and sustains us in our spiritual life and walk.
We believe in the Church, of whom Jesus Christ is the head, and we are the body. The Lord calls us to live in Christian community as we seek to love the Lord, our God and to love one another.
We proclaim that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father and we bow in adoration and praise to Him.
